Frimtatious

During our Field trip to Frim with our grade (7 th grade) we had many activities some of which involved our Humanities activity. The activity was based on the hunger games. In the story called The Hunger Games (Suzanne Collins). In this activity we were different people from a certain District competing for life and death.

One of the challenges involved each group to choose five specific items. The items were: twine, mirror, first aid kit, compass and a whistle. There were a few groups who finished before us and they had some of the things that we wanted. We were very frustrated because we did not get what we wanted.

Another challenge for us to complete was a skit/song. We had trouble planning our dance because we were the second group. We didn't feel very happy because they did not tells us before hand so that we could not prepare. The cornucopia enjoyes our dance and gave us Titanium Tree climber and some water.

We placed our camp at a very good spot. The reason was because we could see every single group, we could see the carrier tributes and we were quite away from danger. I wish that our group got an invisibility cloak the reason was because it had many advantages. Such as spying, stealing and many other things. Some of our strengths were our dance and being able to plan and working together.

I really enjoyed the field trip because I got another chance to hang out in nature. I learned that I was very good at hiking. This field trip involved the (SLR) Live Ethically.

Profile A for Awsomeness

1) I learn best in class when I am somewhere where it is easy for the teacher to help me, near the middle or on the couch. I do not work very well when I am right next to me friend but it is okay if they are part of the same group so that it is easier for me.

2) In order for me to do well in class I mainly need to focus on my concentration and using brain gym to help me recover from when I am under stress. There are many different activities regarding brain gym that I could use

3) Some of the strategies that would help me be a successful learner are studying hard for my exams and completing me homework on time.

4) I would like my teachers to know about this so that they can help me be a successful learner. If they know this then they can help me understand myself and understand others.

The Lost box

1. I would call this story The Lost Box because the people had actually lost the original black box.

2. I thought that something would happen to the woman because she must have done something wrong.

3. I kept wondering what would come next.

4. When got the paper I was wondering if something would to me. I did follow the directions because I opened the paper when I got home.

5. When my teacher took out the black box I wasn't sure what would happen. I didn't know what the black box was for.

6. I was very confused when I read the ending because I didn't what would happen next.

7. My predictions were correct, i thought that the lady would get killed.

8. I there was one more line than my predictions would have been better.

9. The author left void so that the reader would be left thinking.
